Returns Policy
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY FIRST.
When it comes to where you have to return the purchased item from us, we work hard to make things fair for both parties. The following rules generally apply :
You ordered the wrong item.
• You can return the item to us within 7 days after you receive the item.
• The item shouldn't be opened from their original packaging (or we can't sell them anymore).
• You need to pay the postage back to us.
• 20% restocking fee will apply.
You changed your mind.
• You can return the item to us within 7 days after you receive the item.
• The item shouldn't be opened from their original packaging (or we can't sell them anymore).
• You need to pay the postage back to us.
• 20% restocking fee will apply.
Products sold by Next Technologies are covered under our 7 days guarantee which includes the following (please read carefully):
• Return of Faulty/Dead On Arrival (DOA) Goods.
• Return of NON-Faulty/Dead On Arrival (DOA) Goods.
• Procedure for Returning Goods.
Policies regarding items that are not covered by our 7 days guarantee are specified on the product's individual page.
Please note that NO RETURNS for Change of Mind, or Incorrect Order after 7 days from the day which the product(s) or item(s) was first received.
Return of Faulty/Dead On Arrival (DOA) Goods
• All faulty/ dead on arrival product(s) can be exchanged with Next Technologies Mount within 7 days of receipt.
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to any missing accessories or parts. The value of the missing accessories will also be deducted.
• All defective product(s) will be replaced within 1-2 weeks from the day which the product was received by Next Techologies.
• If a product returned is found not to be faulty, customers will be charged with 20% re-stocking fee and must also pay the freight cost of the item(s) delivered back by Next Technologies.
Return of Non-Faulty/Non-Dead On Arrival (DOA) Goods
• Goods that are not faulty/DOA can be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
• All products must be returned in their original un-opened packaging and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to customers. Customers must also pay the freight cost of the item(s) delivered back by Next Technologies.
• All products will be replaced within 1-2 weeks from the day which the product was received by Next Technologies.
Please note that a 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any return in the following rules:
• Customer ordered the wrong item.
• Customer cancels an order that has been shipped out.
• Missing any of the original packaging or accessories when returned.
• Customer refuses an order that have been shipped.
• Return a NON-Faulty item for exchange.
• Return an order without a valid RMA number.
